Occupational Therapy Assistant Education Returns to New Jersey
The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey has received State approval for an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Program to be offered within the UMDNJ School of Health Related Professions. Currently an Applicant Program, UMDNJ anticipates the OTA curriculum will be recognized as a Developing Program by the Accreditation Council for OT Education (ACOTE) this May, allowing UMDNJ to accept and enroll students for the fall of 2012.
