1. Make sure you are at the Orientation homepage. But if you’re not, login to WebCT and click the SHRP New Student Orientation course.
2. Once you're at the homepage, click the Student Honor Code link.
3. Look for a link that says Quiz located on the navigation bar near the top of the page. (The Honor Code uses WebCT’s Quiz feature as a record of your affirmation.) Click Quiz to continue.
4. This page lists available quizzes. As you can see, the Honor Code is the only one currently available. Click SHRP Honor Code to proceed.

5. Carefully read the instructions and then click Begin Quiz.
6. The Honor Code now pops up in a new window. If you don’t see it, make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled. You should carefully read over the Honor Code. When you are finished, click the button next to Yes, I agree to abide by SHRP’s Student Honor Code.
7. Now click Save Answer.
8. Click Finish.
9. You will then be prompted to proceed. Click OK, then OK again, to register your affirmation of the Code. This procedure is the typical method for grading WebCT quizzes.
10. Now you must click View Results to complete this procedure before returning to the Orientation homepage. The results should be “100%.”

11. Now go back to the SHRP New Student Orientation homepage, which is where we originally started. No matter what WebCT course you are in, you can always do this by clicking the Homepage link on the left side of the screen, under Course Menu.
You should notice the Homepage is slightly different than before. The Honor Code icon has changed. It now links to a page that still contains the Honor Code, but not the affirmation “quiz.” There are also new icons. The Orientation Quiz icon takes you to another WebCT quiz that you must pass before classes start. Please don’t wait until the last minute, because it can take more than one attempt to pass.
