Advanced & Continuing Education
SHRP, an innovator in health professions education offers a variety of opportunities for health related professionals to meet their advanced and continuing education needs. The programs and courses, which are designed to meet the diverse needs of health professionals, range from single session short-term courses to advanced certificates in specific professional areas. Several certificates are offered jointly with other Schools of the University, thus emphasizing inter-professional education. Many of the advanced certificates are academically based, meaning that the credits earned towards the certificate may be applied to degree programs of the School. CEU's are approved through the appropriate professional associations. Courses are offered on campus or online, depending upon health professionals needs and availability.
