Admissions: Application Forms
In the summer of 2008, the American Physical Therapy Association joined other health professional organizations in making available a computerized application service for prospective students pursuing a degree in physical therapy. This new system enables students to apply, using 1 common application, to all of the Physical Therapy programs that have elected to utilize this service.
