Kinesiology PTDR5120
This course presents the application of biomechanics anatomy
and physiology to the study of normal and abnormal human movement.
The mechanical and neurophysiological properties of bone connective
tissue and muscle are studied. The structure and function
of joints and the functions of muscles in the production of
movement are examined for each region of the body. The kinetics
and kinematics of normal gait are explored. (3 credits)
