Clinical Inquiry I –

This course is an introduction to Evidence Based Practice. Using current publications, the student will learn about different sources and levels of information, how to conduct a search of the literature, and the components of a research article. Research design, validity, and measurement are studied. Students learn to critically analyze research articles and apply the finding to specific patient cases. (3 credits)
