Entry Level Curriculum: Year Three
Documentation – PTDR6510
This course is designed to introduce the student to various forms
of documentation that is currently being utilized in clinical settings.
Elements of documentation from prior coursework are reviewed. Additional
documentation formats from the following scopes of practice are
included: school based‚ computerized‚ defensible‚
home based‚ nursing home and extended care facilities.
Chart review from settings ranging from an acute care to an extended
care setting is introduced. (1 credit)
