SHRP POLICY

I.   PURPOSE

This policy clarifies the requirements for full-time registration status for courses given at SHRP.

II.   ACCOUNTABILITY

It is the responsibility of the Office of Enrollment Services to determine full-time status.

III.   POLICY

A student is defined as any individual currently enrolled in any academic and/or other select course offerings of UMDNJ-SHRP or who is maintaining matriculation as defined by the policy on Maintaining Matriculation (2.1)

Full time status of any student is determined by registration for 12 or more undergraduate credits in any regular 16 week semester; for graduate students, registration for 9 or more graduate credits in any regular 16 week semester.

Full time status for students enrolled in summer and special sessions is determined both by the length of the semester and the number of credits attempted in relationship to a full academic (i. e. 16 week) semester.
