Dietary Managers Certificate Program

Admissions / Applications

Students admission can be done one of three ways:

1-From Essex County College (ECC) having completed all prerequisites to complete a joint certificate between ECC and UMDNJ

2- If all prerequisites have already been met, students would enroll directly into UMDNJ through the Office of Enrollment Services for Admission to the program

3-As a collaborative effort between participating high schools, UMDNJ, and community college during their senior year in high school, as part of our Health Science Careers Program.

Students must achieve a grade point average of 2.75 in general education courses before starting the professional phase.
