The first one and one-half years of the curriculum
consist of basic science and clinical science
courses. The spring semester of the second year
and the entire third year involve clinical experiences
in a variety of settings under the close supervision
of licensed physicians and the direction of
the Physician Assistant Program faculty. Classes
(excluding clinical rotations) are held during
the day on the campus of UMDNJ - Robert Wood
Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, which
is located in central New Jersey.
A part-time
curriculum is also offered. Applicants who
are interested in this option should contact
the PA Program for
details.
