Sit to Stand

Using kinematic and kinetic measures we have characterized the sit-stand
behavior of children and compared it to that of adults. In future
research, we will examine this transition in children with cerebral
palsy. The goal of this project is to identify key events in sit-stand
that would be amenable to rehabilitation interventions.
Post-Oncology Surgical Outcomes
Ross
We are evaluating the functional outcomes of individuals following
limb salvage surgery and endo-prosthestheic reconstructions of the
hip for proximal femoral sarcomas.
