Joni
Dolce, MS, CRC, CPRP is
an Instructor and Employment Consultant in the Integrated
Employment Institute in the Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation
and Behavioral Health Care at UMDNJ where she provides employment
services to people with psychiatric disabilities and training
and technical assistance to providers, consumers, families
and others to achieve employment outcomes. Ms. Dolce has several
years of experience working in Supported Employment Services,
providing both direct employment services and supervising
Supported Employment staff. Ms. Dolce recently co-authored
an article "Making Employment a Priority in Community
Mental Health: The Benefits of Demonstrating Direct Employment
Practice" which was published in the January-April 2005
edition of the American Journal of Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
Ms. Dolce is also a member of the New Jersey Psychiatric
Rehabilitation Employment Committee and the United States
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.
